Anglesey, Llangefni, St Cyngar's Church in 1906

The market town of Llangefni on Anglesey was - during the 19th century - a hot bed of religious activity with many renowned non-conformist ministers - Christmas Evans for example - leading the way.

In the photograph of St Cyngar's Church above, taken in 1906, many of the gravestones are still in situ, later removed and laid flat in one area, which in my opinion is never a nice thing to do.
