Churches of the World High resolution old and contemporary photographs of Churches and other places of Worship in Llanfair yn Neubwll in the county of Anglesey (Sir Fôn) in North Wales, part of the United Kingdom. Llanfihangel yn Nhowyn, St Michael's Church Raf Valley In 1985 it was decided to enlarge and modernise this church, set amongst the then married quarters of RAF Valley. To provide the stone, the nearby church of Llanynghenedl was demolished. The demolition and rebuilding work was carried out with the greatest care and respect - especially concerning any graves affected by the enlargement of the 'new' Church. When the new Church was opened in 1987 everyone agreed that the work had been a great success, the result being a sizeable, modern Church with all amenities, which will serve the community for many years to come.
Not just a photo of the outside of your place of worship, but also of the people that use it, and the inside, and even of the graveyard, and of the interesting tombstones. In addition, if you want to tell us about your special place, then we will display your story, so as every visitor may learn and appreciate what your place of worship is about.
