High resolution old and contemporary photographs of Disgwylfa Chapel in Holyhead (Caergybi) in Anglesey (Sir Fôn) North Wales.

Sadly, Disgwylfa Chapel on London Road in Holyhead, was demolished in 2009. This magnificent building was razed to the ground, and along with it goes another piece of Holyhead's social history.

I wonder what the late Lord Cledwyn of Penrhos would have made of this, his father was once the minister here. I wonder if he could have prevented this travesty.
