Anglesey, Bodedern, St Edern's Church, 1803 Gravestone and Rhyme of Fate The above gravestone with all mens fate reads:- Pray stop your foot and cast an eye, Bodedern is one of the most ancient holy places on Anglesey. The 5th century Eglwys Edern (St Edern's Church) was excavated on a hill in Bodedern, and many christian grave burials were found. Most were cist burials, and at least one was a lintel burial. The lintel turned out to be an engraved stone, which is now housed within the present day Church.
Not just a photo of the outside of your place of worship, but also of the people that use it, and the inside, and even of the graveyard, and of the interesting tombstones. In addition, if you want to tell us about your special place, then we will display your story, so as every visitor may learn and appreciate what your place of worship is about.
